As an important source of energy, like solar, wind and nuclear, oil shale hasattracted more and more attention; research and development of technology,equipment, systems, project associated with oil shale related production areencouraged and supported by the state and local government at all levels, authoritativeindustries and related enterprises. Among them, the system of oil shale industryproduct process training&evaluation has very important research value and practicalsignificance for the relevant personnel and departments in charge of the industry toimprove the production and management level.Based on the actual need of some oil shale comprehensive development company,the whole architecture problems of training and evaluation system in the productionprocess are in-depth researched and explored, and the main work starts in severalaspects as follows after which certain results are achieved.1. Using relevant theories and methods of software engineering, the overallarchitecture design of training and evaluation system in oil shale industryproduction process is given.2. According to the basic management function modules of the system, the functiondesign in detail is done through the flow chart.3. Using UML modeling and software engineering technology, the main functiondesign of the training system and evaluation is realized respectively.4. After system debugging, testing and initial implementation, the design functionand system performance under the constraint condition that meet the actual needsare primarily validated, which improve the effect of the training and assessmentof relevant personnel effectively.
