The study used acrylonitrile waste preparing anti-temperature and anti-salt drilling fluid loss controlagent by positioning catalysis method, and optimized the groups ratio to increase the abilities ofanti-temperature and anti-salt of the product by moderate cross-linked method which quality indexesachieved advanced level of international like products. In laboratory, the study investigated the effects ofprocess conditions, such as reaction temperature, reaction time, catalyst content and so on, to the ratio offunctional groups of hydrolysis reaction, and evaluated the drilling fluid loss control ability of the agent infresh water and drilling fluid with4%saline water. The results showed that the agent could control thewater loss less than20ml after150℃/16h aging test. The agent was used in4oil wells in thedifferent blocks of Shengli oil field and the results showed that compared with like products,this agent had the advantages of low additive amount, high anti-temperature ability, noincreasing viscosity, favoring controlling the rheological characteristics of drilling fluid andeasily preserving. And compared with the adjacent oil well without this agent, the oil wellused this agent could effectively protect the oil and gas reservoir. So, this anti-temperature andanti-salt drilling fluid loss control agent has well generalized and applied prospect.
