| Since the invention of friction stir welding technology, it hassuccessfully taken the pilot study stage both abroad or in the country. It hasdeveloped a structural aluminum alloy welding technology which can replacethe solid phase of industrialization practical connection technology.This newwelding technology has widely applied for aerospace vehicles, high-speedvessels boats, high-speed rail trains, automobiles and various aluminum alloywelding structure in related manufacturing industries. It shows the significantadvantages in technical and economic. For example: Eradication of weldingweld inherent defects (pores, solidification cracks, etc.) and to improve thequality of the connection structure of the joint, reducing the problems ofwelding deformation, and also in other light metal such as magnesium, copper,zinc and other materials in the structure engineering applications are beingimplemented. Completion of the friction stir welding equipment developedand applied in practical engineering is the main purpose of this research.Firstly, the main structure and the control system configuration gantrytwo-dimensional friction welding equipment are described. Then tiltcompensation for friction welding control function has been studied from atheoretical foundation and model compensation algorithm, the practicedemonstrates that the function achieved good result. The third part describesthe automatic clamping device control design. Implementation can becompleted by the way to control the position of the cylinder without externalsensors. Based on the current friction stir welding apparatus is not controlledaxial pressure state, the pressure of the study design to ensure the stability ofthe closed-loop control system of the axial pressure during the welding process and improve the quality of welding.The last part describes how to complete CNC system man-machineinterface to provide users with a more user-friendly interface by QT software.Based on the contents of the four parts of the design, the text presents themotion in the form of equipment, control systems, discussed in detailcommunication, special features, assistive devices, system interface, theapplication of engineering design matters.
