In recent years, wall of a well break events owing to concrete durability of not enoughare repeatedly happen. During use process and production services, shaft lining structureplay a decisive role. Therefore, according to the demand of importance of mineengineering and specifieness of service environment, it is an irresistible trend to design theendurance of wall of a well concrete. This text is set in concrete wall of a well of a mine,researched some problems, such as, service condition of wall of a well、durability design ofwall of a well concrete and construction quality control of concrete durability. It hadspecial reference to the study of wall of a well concrete durability.According to the destroy method of wall of a well concrete, analysed the influencingfactor of the durability of concrete wall in this mine. Pass through pumping test, waterquality test, erosion judgment of underground water to Liujiagou Formation and UpperShihezi Formation, work out freezing section of Liujiagou Formation(-185.3m~-250m),bedrock section of Liujiagou Formation(-250m~-530m), two stages of Upper ShiheziFormation(-1015.45m~-1162.10m) service condition of wall concrete.Be aimed at Ⅱ-D and Ⅳ-D environment to carry on the design of the durability ofconcrete wall. Firstly, according to the technical requirement of wall concrete to select rawand processed material of concrete and to design mix proportion of concrete. Secondly,according to standard and the actual situation on site, take frost resistance durability indexDF=60%;According to the chloride diffusion coefficient test of RCM method, draw toDR CM,28=5.31012m2/s.Lastly, applied the method of Europe Dura Crete to compute themask ant thickness of concrete iron, worked out inwall maskant thickness of conctete ironis70mm in Ⅱ-D environment,exine is100mm.And the maskant thickness of concrete ironis70mm in Ⅳ-D environment.It is to introduce the control of construction quality of concrete durability, primarycoverage;Waterproof qualitycontrol of joints; Quality control of thickness of the protective layer; Quality control of formwork installation; Stir of conctete, transport of concrete,pouring of concrete, vibrate of concrete; Quality control of wet curing; On-site test andlong-term monitoring of construction quality of concrete walling.
