The device has two operationmodes,in the centralized control mode,is divided into automatic and manual mode.Inhardware configuration, the lower machine uses CPU315-2DP PLC, realizes thefunction of data collection,change,control all electrical equipment by using STEP7program.The upper machine uses soft SIMATIC WinCC,realizes the remote driving incoal preparation plant,stop and emergency stop function by using coal preparation plantconfiguration screen,and conducts remote real-time monitoring,parameter setting,alarm,historical curve and other function of the whole system.The upper and the lowercomputer adopt industry Ethernet communication connection,adopts PROFIBUS-DPnetwork communication connection between PLC master-station and sub-station.Finallycompletes the whole control system to meet the coal preparation plant monitoring,management and other requirements.
