Digital mine can combine the modern Internettechnology, automatic control technology and information technology together. Thethree-dimensional space in the process of coal mining can be unified in two-dimensionalnetwork platform with the same time and space coordinates. The digital mine can displaymanagement oversight and site operation situation on compute and make the process of coaltransport and management control to form a automatic control. The technology is conduciveto safely and remotely control the process of coal mining and it will become the mainresearch direction of coal mining industry in the future. In this paper the digital constructionsituation and overall planning the topic is studied for coal mine in Yunnan province. We canget conclusions as following:(1) Digital mine combines the information technology, Internet technology and automaticcontrol technology application. It can realize3D visualization of the whole mine and orebody model, which can improve work efficiency by realizing the functions of thecollaborative work between the various departments, information sharing and solutiondiscussion.(2) Digital mine has the characteristics of automatic, high efficiency and economic benefit.The digital mine system can be divided into three levels and seven small module according todifferent structure module of digital mine and undertake the tasks. Digital mine finallyrealizes the display of whole mine3D digital and management of information by using avariety of technical means to deal with data modeling.(3) The production and business operation decision-making of coal mine more scientificand timely through implementing these measures, for examples, the center of the unificationand integration of database construction, the construction of mine information code base, andreliable data analysis of the construction of the environment, to realize the coal enterpriseinformation integration, unification and sharing of data.(4) Yunnan province is one of the main producing area of coal in our country. It has richcoal resources and complete coal variety. But the distribution of coal resources is uneven inthe region and the ore body is a smaller scale. The content of sulfur in coal is higher and high ash coal is the majority. Yunnan digital mine construction is still in the transition stage ofcomputer age to information age. The digital mine construction is not perfect, there are stillmany aspects need to reform.(5) The process of mining in Yunnan province is mainly county town or individual smallcoal mine production. Because coal mining operation efficiency and management efficiencyis low, they can’t satisfy the demand for coal resources. Some aspects need to solve in theprocess of digital mine construction, for examples, low efficiency, production managementinformation using chaos and low degree of automation,(6) The goal of Yunnan digital mine construction is to realize the functions for examples,mining resources and mining environment security, intelligent technology and equipment,digital information transmission network, the production process automation, informationmanagement and scientific decision-making. Digital coal mine in Yunnan province shouldhave the following characteristics: good accessible, functional diversity, high-speed real-timecommunication, the overall data sharing, maintenance extension.(7) Yunnan digital mine system includes: the coal mine high speed local area network(LAN), mine monitoring data information management center and spatial mine datamanagement center, mining object management center, information platform of digital minefoundation, visualization platform, decision analysis software, and so on. The3D informationof mine which is displayed at the same time and space coordinates can be realized and thesystem can greatly enhance the working efficiency of the coal mining and supervision forsafety production. |
