Entering the era of industrialization.Newkind is looking for new economic growthpoints. However, environmental issues promote the environmental impact assessment studyand the system established. With the implementation of the strategies for sustainabledevelopment, environmental impact assessment system plays an important role in thecoordination of economic development and environmental protection. The economic impactassessment is one of the important measures to carry out prevention policy. To spreadenvironmental impact assessment is an important subject for environmental protection. On the proposed project’s natural and social environment situation, the environmentalquality of the programs and environmental impact analysis, pollution prevention and controlmeasures, a comprehensive system of environmental impact assessment was performed.Which will provide a scientific basis environmental management for the latter part of theproject. The plastic enterprise is located in Shiqiao Town, Dongguan. It covers an area of33893m2, total construction area of21289m2and total investment of10million yuan. Itmainly engaged in the processing and production of foam products, and foamed500tonsannually. During the construction and operation, there may be some impacts on thesurrounding environment. Ascertain the region’s environmental profiles and environmentalquality through this study. Analysis the engineering solutions, find out the project emissioncharacteristics, take reasonable prediction model, predict the scope of the environmentalimpact on the area. With the summary of the issues and impacts to eliminate or minimize theenvironmental impacts arising from the implementation, this study contributes to promote thecoordinated development of economy and environment.
