With the development of mining technology, mining roadway mechanizedexcavation has become an inevitable trend. Roadheader has become the mainequipment in coal roadway tunneling in the present. The rotary table as animportant part of the roadheader, has a great influence on the performance andefficiency for boring machine. So the comprehensive and systematic study onthe rotary table has a very important significance.the problem of feeding speed and cutting force is not uniform in the rotaryprocess of the push-pull oil cylinder type rotary table. output characteristics ofrotary speed, acceleration and the cutting force provided by rotary table and soon was analyzed basd on the optimization method of quadratic programmingusing the target of the min-speed range to determine the constraints Thevariation curves of output characteristics of rotary table are obtained.comparison of the changes of velocity and acceleration of the rotary table,change regulation are summarized. it provides help for the configurationparameters of mechanism and improvement of rotary table output characteristics.In order to simulate the deformation and stress of rotary table duringnormal operation. using the turret feed force output surface map to find boringmachine feeding force big work attitude, and analysis of the current attitudeunder stress and boundary condition, attitude deformation nephogram and stresscloud chart was got.it provided the guide for improvement of rotary tablestructure and the stress distribution in rotary table.In order to verify the results of finite element analysis of rotary table, Thecutting experiment of the roadheader was carried out. combined with the finiteelement analysis of slewing platform, strain gauge is arranged in the rotary table,stress value of the rotary table in the process of cutting simulation was got. Thefinite element analysis results are verified.
