Research Of Safety Evaluation For Jibei Multi-purpose Station Of Shengli Oil Field

The safety evaluation is a necessary part of the management of production safety, help toimprove the level of safety management of production units.The development of the safetyevaluation at home and abroad and the purpose and significance to carry out safetyevaluation are discussed in the article. The paper chooses Jibei multi-purpose station for thetarget of the evaluation. Firstly the various processes of Jibei multi-purpose station areanalyzed and described. Through finding information, the settings of the facilities andequipment in Jibei multi-purpose station are clearly grasped. And on the basis, whileaccording to the principle of identifying risk factors, the risk factors existed in themulti-purpose are found. According to the risk factors and principles of units divided, Jibeimulti-purpose station is divided into three units: Production unit, storage unit, safetymanagement unit. PHA and SCA are used for each unit, to analyze the unit in quality andquantity. The dangerous level of each unit and its potential loss are got, and the mainquestions that each unit should be given attention to are proposed. Finally, the method andprinciple of making safety measures are given. According to the problems existing in Jibeimulti-purpose station, the reasonable security measures and contingency plans are workedout, which provides useful help for safety management of the multi-purpose station. On thistopic, Shengli oilfield as three joint stood safety management and improve the essence, andthe safety of guiding significance to the prevention and control of joint stood accidents havecertain reference significance.
