The tridimensional mass transfer parallel flow tray has very good applicationprospects, it will be of good performance and solid mass transfer elements and combine theadvantages of the flow mode. In this paper, using the Fluent software to the liquid flowfields on the tridimensional mass transfer parallel flow tray for three dimensional numericalsimulation, for the tridimensional mass transfer parallel flow tray structure developmentand industrial application of the plate, provides theory basis.According to different working conditions, respectively for the liquid flow fields onthe tridimensional mass transfer parallel flow tray for numerical simulation. Simulationresults show that: Weir height, flow rate and gas velocity have influence on liquid flow fieldof the tridimensional mass transfer parallel flow tray. The tridimensional mass transferparallel flow tray inside the tower plate on the flow of liquid in the form of radialflow,effectively eliminate the plate caused the flow area of the arch area,so that the liquiddistribution more uniform;plate that the outside of the liquid velocity is greater than the caparea and outlet weir area of liquid phase velocity;cap area,the closer from the bottom of thecap gap,liquid velocity is large; The tridimensional mass transfer parallel flow tray outsidethe tower plate on the flow of liquid in the form of annular flow, can significantly reduceplate arch area to the influence of liquid velocity distribution; the liquid velocity in thevicinity of imported weir is greater than the cap area and the liquid velocity near the outletweir of; Cap area, the liquid velocity is greater than the cap to cover the back of the sidebefore the cap of the liquid velocity.
