Firstly,This subject introduced the ironmaking process,discusses the structure andtype of the blast furnace of NO.8for Xin Steel, analyze the advantages of the shellfactory of blast furnace about processed holes, point that the development trend of theprocessed holes made in the shell of the blast furnace.In this subject, the shell of blast furnace of NO.8for Xin Steel Off-site overhaulfrom steel material selection, thickness design calculations, furnace shell banding,segmented design, conduct preliminary design bevel technical development. Gives twocalculation methods for thickness, formulas and draw reasonable design parameters.This research primary focus of the design is the shell of Blast furnace processedholes. From the expanded view of the principle, processed holes was baked shellcalculation principles, methods, hole diameter, hole expanded graph vertical, horizontalposition for detailed analysis and calculation, specifically for bolt holes, water holesand copper plumbing stave hole location on a straight section of the cone segmentsexpand computing and computer lofting pass propose to start drawing process.This research another focus is the design of shell of Blast furnace manufactureprocess. Material from the Computer Numerical Control (CNC), the beveling,processed holes, round, pre-installation processes one by one analysis, the focusspecified process design parameters.
