Since2008the degree of dependence on imported iron ore which was more than50%was a major source of hidden danger in economic security of China iron and steel industry.We should profoundly realize that exploiting refractory iron ore resources had importantsignificance in deeper ways, it is an important strategic choice for maintaining nationaleconomic security. The country’s reserves of Limonite are large, most in the left state andin the bad comprehensive utilization. In this thesis, Guyang limonite of Baotou City inInner Mongolia were studied, the purpose is to try to improve the sorting index in thepremise of the economic environment.By means of XRD, microscopic analysis and chemical testing methods and othersmeans, the ore iron and the different period of concentrate were analyzed and measured,the ore iron grade is32.79%, the quartz content of the main gangue miner is31.72%, themain content is red brown iron ore, which iron metal content accounted for96.12%of thetotal iron. Using maglev joint and magnetization roasting-weak magnetic separationprocess, the magnetization roast without reducing agent in all the presence of nitrogenprotection. The ore by crushing, screening and mixing process to-0.074mm accounted for80.32%as a test sample, ore advanced with pulsating high gradient magnetic separatormachine at0.92T intensity, then0.75L magnetic flotation machine reverse flotationconcentrate. Undressed ore, magnetic concentrate in magnetization roasting within thetubular resistance furnace in advance to900℃, and then use more period of weakmagnetic separation of magnetic separation pipe.Ore,squality improved10.81points reaching43.60%by high gradient magneticseparation and strong, corresponding to the recovery of76.79%, the search foranti-flotation reagent system of the magnetic concentrate grade increased by about5percentage points to48.59%, which recovery was74.16%. The test firing of any mine inthe absence of a reducing agent are conducted.When there is no protection of nitrogen oreroasting–weakening, its grade is34.89%and the recovery was18.62%. Carrying out a nitrogen protection ore roasting–weakening, its grade reached48.79%whereas therecovery was64.47%.Magnetic concentrate conducted under nitrogen magnetizationroasting–weakening, its grade of57.89%and the recovery was61.82%. Changing weakmagnetic field strength by two, the grade increased to60.75%when its correspondingrecovery is58.03%.Finally, this paper without reducing the magnetic roasting to achieve the effect,combined with the phenomenon of the testing process and access to relevant literature,show that it may be due to a new theory of non-redox reactions.
