In recent years,China's dependence on foreign iron ore increased year by year,a serious shortage of domestic iron ore resources,strengthening domestic research complex refractory ore is necessary.The research of magnetic roasting-magnetic separation process on fine iron ore showed that when the sample is ground to-0.074mm accounting for 54.42%66.23%,roasted at a temperature of 800?for 60min,reductant to ore ratio of 8%to10%,the magnetization can get better roasting baking products.The calcined product were then quenched in water cooled grinding?sample size class-0.074mm accounted for 93.82%?-magnetic separation?magnetic field strength 98.88kA/m?,to get the grade and recovery of 62.56%and 94.23%,respectively TFe iron ore.Experimental data suggest that iron ore magnetic roasting-magnetic separation process can effectively deal with such oolitic iron ore,get a better indicator of the completion of the technical requirements of the project.In order to"raise iron content and reduce silicon"of magnetic iron ore reverse flotation tests carried out.Dodecyl amine as collector reverse flotation flotation concentrate grade can be obtained TFe index greater than 64%and job recovery was more than 86%,but the dodecylamine flotation process is easy to produce large amounts of sticky foam,follow-up is not easy to operate.When the oil collector as sodium,selected grain size control in-0.074mm accounted for 88.23%,oil,sodium starch,CaO,respectively,the amount of 600 g/t,1000 g/t,2500 g/t,pulp a pH of12.0,the slurry temperature is 28?30?,under a thick one fine flotation process can get a grade of 64.31%,82.32%recovery of the job flotation concentrate product,reaching raise iron content and reduce silicon the goal of.Anti-flotation concentrate grade of iron improve little effect on the use of anti-flotation process to increase pharmaceutical costs,but no significant effect,the process can be considered only magnetic roasting-magnetic separation process.SEM-EDS and XRD analysis&testing technology show,in pure mineral firing test,the sample Fe2O3 content is higher,the better the resulting Fe3O4 grains grew up and inter-particle aggregation.The actual mineral roasting process,select the appropriate firing conditions conducive to the generation of magnetite,iron ore and reduce side impact and iron silicate,so that firing iron mineral particles react with each other by solid phase diffusion becomes large consolidation reduce subsequent magnetic separation of iron ore recovery losses.However,the particles in the solid phase reaction test material particles can only carry out their interfacial contact,how to increase the regulation of the reaction process magnetite particles collide with each other and the probability of response control process that requires further study.
