Converter steelmaking metallurgy of crude steel has become the main way of ourcountry,to produce a large number of CO containing gas in decarbonization process.Powerequipment is the core of gas compressor in the control system of gas recovery.The surge isa kind of phenomenon of fan operation process of small and medium-sized trafficcondition occurs.Surge occurs,will cause varying degrees of damage on the process in ashort period of time,often affect the enterprise will greatly benefit the surge,and even aserious accident.Can not get the accurately mathematical model of the fan system,thetraditional control and prevention of the anti surge control system will be not accurately,thecontrol effect is not ideal for anti surge,the system surge caused by the anti surge valve cannot open in a timely manner,or the anti surge valve opening large caused a waste ofenergy.In this paper,the converter gas pressure station upgrades in a domestic steel,byusing synchronous frequency conversion and fuzzy PID control method, the surge of fanprevention and control.The original control system mostly adopts the field control,the field datacan not becentralized archiving and uploaded to the management.New system is mainly usedSiemens intelligent equipment in the hardware,the main controller selection SiemensS7-300PLC,the main control network using Profibus-DP framework to transmissionsignals,realize the management layer and control layer data communication by ProfinetIndustrial Ethernet.In order to save money and reasonable use of the originalequipment,keep the bottom of the sensing device of Modbus communication,through thePB-M bridge to implementation of protocol conversion between Modbus andProfibus-DP,the whole control system integrated to realize "one network to theend",reduced I/O hardware wiring complexity,enhances the anti-interference ability of theequipment on the spot,but also improve the rate of data transmission. According to the fan factory surge test, surge curve are obtained.Using synchronousfrequency conversion control mode in the area of the safety to guarantee fan safe andstable operation,at the same time to ensure the gas pressure in pipe and stability.When thecontrol system to predict the fan surge is about to occur, according to the current speed andflow start fuzzy PID control, the output control the anti surge valve, fuzzy PID control antisurge valve opening more timely and accurate, avoid the waste of energy.In order to achieve the real time system of remote monitoring and data collectionarchive,using the Siemens WinCC configuration software configuration monitoring,theconfiguration software for the control object,simple and convenient,monitor screen isconnected with the PLC communication,management layer and control layer can not onlyreal-time monitoring, but also to control the spot. Strengthen the control of the timeliness,improve production efficiency.
