With the development of economic globalization and information technology enterprise, the competition of domestic and international market becomes more and more intense; each company gradually changes from the "production oriented" to "market wizard" and has the growing requirements of information technology, a coal mining enterprises uses advanced management ideas to realize digitize mine construction in Shanxi province, the digitize mine construction can realize the integration of information flow、logistics、capital flow、work flow and price flow, it can also achieve the optimal allocation of corporate、financial、material and other resources. Based on distributed control system, the enterprise proposes the construction of the monitoring and management information system.The monitoring and management information system lies between ERP (enterprise resource management system) and DCS (distributed control system), it plays a role of the connecting part in the entire enterprise information integration system and works as a bridge of communication of productive activities and management activities, it is also resolve the problem of the previously existing "single island of enterprises information". In This system, IFIX configuration software and real-time history database are the core parts; real-time process data acquisition and archiving are accomplished by IFIX and Proficy Historian.This paper mainly covers the following topics:1. From the following aspects, including the needs of the projects the implementation phase of the technical indicators、the implementation of the direction of the planning、the prototype of the system network established technology、the system’s hardware and software selection of the system,the system is analyzed as a whole.2. From the following aspects, including design principles and objectives. the definition of system architecture, functional schematic diagram of each sub-module system. Network Department,the system is designed as a whole.3. The realization of this system is based on the system of analysis and design to configure software and actual use of hardware resources, completed the necessary functions from the following three aspects:first, how to achieve real-time process data acquisition; second, how to achieve real-time historical data archive; the last, how to use the data of collection and archiving, which is acted as "interface" to the user.4. report and data analysis is an integral part of an industrial control system, the IFIX configuration software has shortcomings in this way,combined with the IFIX^VBA、VB6.0、SQL, it is necessary for us to realize this function under the condition of the specific requirements by user.
