Currently the manufacturing keeps sustainable development, especially based on thetechnology such as development of automation technology, computer technology and engineering materials, the technology promotes the technology upgrading of machinery manufacturing and integration, and has created a significant development of mechanical manufacturing. Especially developed countries all over the world, they put the machinery manufacturing industry on the important position of the national development. It also led to the fierce competition in mechanical manufacturing industry among the world, especially the United States, European countries and some Asian countries. This kind of situation requires mass and standardization production equipment, and can provide the NC machine tools to meet the industrial production of quantity and quality of processing requirements,so the NC machine tools are widely used in mechanical manufacturing industry. NC machine tool is required to have a better precision, higher processing speed, the NC feeding system has important influence on the whole machine tool performance. Therefore this paper use the theory of modal to analyze the mechanical structure of NC feeding system’s dynamic characteristics, and based on the theory of power flow made a research of the vibration power flow in NC feeding system on the transmission characteristics of the mechanical structure, it has a great significance to improve the overall processing performance of the NC machine tool.The machining mechanical vibration which occurs in the process of Production t affects the processing quality. Due to mechanical vibration is inevitable, so the mechanical vibration control is particularly important. Mechanical vibration’transmission in the structure of mechanical has its own rule, and use the vibration of power flow to find the vibration transsmission characteristics, so that we can find some effective measures for control of vibration. The transmission characteristics of the system can be used from the perspective of energy, and power flow theory research method is based on it. The Power flow Covers two parameters of the forces and speed,which can fully describe the vibration information, so the power flow is suitable for the vibration transsmission characteristics in the system.Firstly, this paper make the NC feeding system test bench in laboratory as study basis, and do the experimental modal analysis for the mechanical structure of the feeding system. Modelling in the software, then debugging experiment modal analysis equipment, through collect the experimental data, do data analysis and processing, finally get the mechanical structure of NC feeding system modal vibration mode, natural frequency and other modal parameters. On the basis of the data and modal vibration mode, analyze weak links and provide the corresponding improvement measures.Then, according to the theory of finite element analysis, this paper use the finite element analysis software to establish mechanical structure finite element model of NC feeding system. This paper make a finite element modal analysis about without nut workbench, without workbench, nut workbench in the left side of the lead screw (simply supported end), middle position, the right end (fixed end) of the mechanical structure of NC feeding system, and analyzed the results. Through the analysis, this paper abtain more comprehensive understanding about feeding system mechanical structure on the influence of the feed system.Finally, this paper is based on power flow theory, use the data of the harmonic response analysis, make the corresponding data processing, get the NC feeding system of the workbench in the left side lead screw nut (simply supported end), middle position, the right end, fixed end of power flow, and on the basis of the nut table in the middle of the screw position, analyzes the bearing damping changes on the influence of the power flow transmission characteristics.This paper bases on NC feeding system as the research object, using the modal analysis for the modal parameters, and analyzes the dynamic characteristics. Use the theory of power flow to study power flow in the numerical control feeding system transsmission characteristics of the mechanical structure, the analysis improves the vibration in the structure of the research and provides an efficient approach.
