At present,most of China’s coal mines have entered deep mining,and the influence of gas on the safety of coal mine is also increased.At present,drilling drilling,as the basic technical means for the prevention and control of coal mine gas disaster,is still widely used.The power head is the power output mechanism of the full hydraulic tunnel drilling rig.It not only meets the requirements of the coal mine technology and downhole operation,but also has the characteristics of high efficiency,energy saving,high porosity and easy operation.In order to improve the porosity and reliability of traditional drilling rig and improve the operability and performance of drilling rigs,a new type of fully hydraulic power head is designed,and the main components of the power head are analyzed by mechanics.The research contents of the whole article include the following aspects:The analysis of the existing gas drilling rig power head structure and working principle,combined with the design theory and method innovation,puts forward a new type of hyraulic tunnel drilling rig power head design scheme,design and calculation of the structure size of the key parts of the power head and the use of three-dimensional modeling by Pro/E software for its use;the key components of ABAQUS finite element software for power head rail static analysis,examines the rationality and reliability of design structure;using the dynamics simulation software ADAMS,established the simulation model of the new type mechanical power head gear transmission system,to determine the actual torque and gear meshing force,the meshing force as the finite element analysis of load of the gear tooth surface contact stress is analyzed;in the process of drilling gear to avoid resonance,established the finite element modal analysis of gear model,the analysis of the first eight The order of natural frequency and vibration.The research results show that the new hydraulic power head designed in this paper meets the requirements of strength and performance,and the excitation frequency in drilling process has little interference on the transmission system,which ensures the accuracy of hole formation and the rate of hole formation during drilling.It lays a theoretical foundation for the further optimization design of the drill power head.
