| This paper made a study of calculating the corrugated carton carbon footprint, selected for three-layer and five-layer corrugated carton as calculation examples. Using Visual Basic software programming, designed the carbon footprint calculator for the corrugated cardboard, the unit for100m2corrugated cardboard. Use this calculator to calculate carbon footprint of a variety of corrugated cartons, including corrugated cartons with different flutes, different quantitatives, and different production speed. Compared and analyzed the carbon footprint of different types of corrugated cartons. Get carbon emissions of common corrugated cartons with different production speed and provide the theory basis for enterprises to develop carbon emissions standards. And put forward several suggestions of energy conservation and emission reduction.The theoretical basises are the first law of thermodynamics and the second law of thermodynamics, and the key technology are energy calculation scheme and carbon footprint analysis. Specific steps are:Through investigating in the factory, collect the required information and data; According to the characteristics of the system, clear the boundary of the system; Draw energy balance charts, determine the technological parameters; Calculate the energy balance of each production unit, prepare energy balance sheet, and draw the flow chart according to the energy balance sheet; Using Visual Basic software programming, design a carbon footprint calculator, and calculate the carbon footprint of corrugated carton; Comparing carbon footprint of corrugated carton with different flute, different quantitative, different speed of; Put forward measures for energy conservation and emissions reduction, and calculate emissions reduction.Through the calculation get the following conclusion:The direct carbon emissions produced by the coal is the main part and impact the environmental most; On the premise of the same quantitative and speed, producing100m2corrugated cartons in A, B and C kinds of flutes, CO2emissions following rules:A flute>C flute>B flute, turn around0.03kg difference between CO2emissions; Quantitative more, produce more CO2emissions, production100m2corrugated carton, top paper, each additional10g, CO2emissions increased by about0.03kg; Corrugated base paper, each additional10g, CO2emissions increased by about0.02kg; The faster the speed, the smaller carbon emissions; Speed in the range from210m/min to50m/min, direct CO2emissions of100m2three-layer corrugated carton is in7-26kg, direct CO2emissions of five-layer corrugated carton is in10-38kg; After using several energy-saving emission reduction measures, produce100m2CB-250/140/140/140/175-corrugated carton, would save raw coal7.53kg, save power0.07kwh, reduce CO2emissions13.89kg, about33.68%. |
