During drilling, the drill rock crushing efficiency is one of the most important factorsaffected the drilling progress due to the complexity of the process and concealment, Drill rockcrushing process can not be seen, making the state of motion in the bottom of the drill and theforce conditions are not accurately predict, to a certain extent, affected the rock breakingefficiency. Therefore, it is necessary to drill the rock crushing process virtual simulation.Firstly steerable drilling simulation system was constructed overall structure and build adatabase-oriented drilling simulation system, followed by drilling with PDC bits drill as a guideto establish the geometry of the model PDC, PDC drill geometry deduced the basic equations, the equation can be determined by drill point at any time of the spatial position of the cuttingteeth on the bottom of; then create dynamic model PDC drill movement, analyzes the state ofthe forces and movements PDC bit. Then discuss the appropriate drill bit broken rocks DPextended linear constitutive relation, and an analysis of the interaction between the drill bit androck when crushed rock conditions. Lay the foundation for the establishment of the finiteelement model. Finally senior ABAQUS finite element software to establish a three-dimensional model of the nonlinear dynamics of the full-size steering drilling PDC bit dynamicrock breaking, and nonlinear dynamic contact analysis, simulation rock breaking state atdifferent times by setting model parameters to obtain The simulation results, based on theestablishment of a ABAQUS finite element analysis software to analyze and evaluate newmethods of rock breaking drill dynamic efficiency. This method simulate a good rock breaking process has certain guiding significance for theactual drilling, while providing a theoretical basis for the development of new products.
