Waxy crude oil pipeline’s wax layer can increase friction and reduce heat dissipation atthe same time during normal operation, so it is very necessary to optimize the operationparameters. In order to conserve energy, protect environmental and ensure waxy crude oilpipeline has a high efficient and safe operation, for the purpose of reducing the operation costin the transportation of waxy oil pipeline, the main components of operation cost during steadystate operation were analyzed. According to the characteristics of the waxy crude oil pipelineoperation cost is mainly composed of power cost and heating power cost, using the sum of unitheating power cost and the unit electricity power cost, i.e. unit energy consumption cost asobjective function. A new optimal operation model is established on the basis of analyzing theeffects of real distribution of oil temperature on oil properties and the non-identical of wax andthe continuity of the temperature along pipeline. This model considers the real distribution ofoil temperature and the non-identical of wax. Using numerical calculation method andMicrosoft visual basic6.0combined with the practical example to solve the model. The resultsshow that the model reflects all the affecting factors, calculation is reliable and program isaccurate. |
