Oil well fracturing, acidizing construction process, hydraulic anchor to anchor pipecolumn, thereby improving the downhole tool and bearing capacity of pipe string. With thehydraulic fracturing technology is widely used in oil well production, plays a more and moreimportant hydraulic anchor. Therefore, this paper designed a new sand control card hydraulicanchor.The new hydraulic anchor, mechanical analysis is carried out using the mechanics theory,finite element analysis and laboratory test method, the specific research contents as follows:Combined with the practical needs, analyses the hydraulic anchor structure design andmaterial selection, and the spring and the fluke anchor body mechanics, The anchor body ismade of35CrMo material, spring using60Si2Mn, fracturing under the condition of thehydraulic anchor components meet the strength requirements.Through the finite element contact pressure on the fluke and tube between the analysis,obtained with casing diameter and hydraulic anchor fluke arc diameter is different, differentdegree of damage of casing. When the tube diameter is larger in diameter than the innerdiameter surface, fluke fluke, contact arc cylindrical casing hydraulic anchor work, hydraulicanchor region of the equivalent stress of the casing radial deformation of small, small, smallon casing damage.Based on the experimental study on the hydraulic anchor under tension, with strongtensile strength increased more accurately predict the hydraulic anchor tensile strength.Combined with laboratory experiments of hydraulic anchor, the statistical analysis of extendeduse oil hydraulic anchor, hydraulic anchor performance can be obtained to verify theexperimental method is reliable, in the process of using hydraulic anchor damage rate is low.
