In recent years, with the growing emergence of a large number of synthetic plastics, rawmaterials for plastic products is more and more widely applied.injection molding machine useincreased. The domestic market of the injection molding machine hydraulic system widelyused quantitative pump throttle speed regulation technology, so it will result in a large amountof throttle, overflow loss, and reduce energy efficiency. In order to improve the energyefficiency of the whole system, this topic is a combination of common injection moldingmachine hydraulic system, the proportional control technology, the advantages of frequencycontrol of motor speed technology, designed the injection molding machine hydraulic systemof proportional valve control variable frequency speed control principle diagram. There aretwo aspects to study the feasibility of this program. On the one hand is the theory analysis,using the mathematic model of power bond graph and method; On the other hand,simulationmethod is used, using AMESim and Simulink to valve control frequency control of motorspeed injection molding machine hydraulic system for joint simulation. By studying these twoaspects, proving the saving of hydraulic system hydraulic valve control system frequencycontrol is better than the ordinary.In this article, the main contents about study as the following:(1) Analyzed the injection molding process and the work process about general plasticproducts. Combined the advantages and disadvantages of various of injection moldingmachines, built the program diagram of valve control frequency control hydraulic system ofthe injection molding machine, and described in detail the characteristics of their work, workprocess and related technical parameters. Taking ordinary injection molding machineSZ-250A as an example, determined the technical parameters, draw the diagram aboutcondition of injection molding machine.(2) Basing on the theory of power bond graphs, built the power bond graphs of injectionbranch of variable frequency speed regulation valve controlled hydraulic system ofinjection molding machine. Basing on the theory of power bond graphs and the mathematicalmodel of every hydraulic element, built the mathematical model of injection branchof variable frequency speed regulation valve controlled hydraulic system ofinjection molding machine.(3) Established the simulating model of hydraulic system of injection molding machine inthe environment of AMESim and analyze the results of flow and pressure; Using the two software named Simulink and AMESim, built the co-simulated model of variable frequencyspeed regulation valve controlled hydraulic system of injection molding machine, andanalyzed the results. Finally, basing on the results of the two simulation results, the analysisproved the energy-saving effect of proportional valve variable frequency speed regulationinjection molding machine hydraulic system is better than the traditional form of the injectionmolding machine’s.
