Polymer injection molding technology has been widely used in automotive,electronics,medical and other fields,and the development of injection molding technology and injection molding technology promotes the development of the whole injection molding industry.The research and analysis of the structure design of complex mold and the characteristics of the automatic hydraulic system is very meaningful work.This article is based on this content for the following work:1)according to the core-pulling structure of the injection molding belt of a certain injection molding product,the different design schemes are analyzed and compared,and the process driving system and actuating element of the multi-cylinder core pulling structure are determined.2)using the dynamic simulation software ANSYS / ls-dyna and combining with the theory of contact mechanics,the slip and limit contact force of the die core are analyzed in the guide rail.The change of friction resistance in the motion process of clamping mechanism of injection molding machine is analyzed.The load force variation curve is fitted,which provides the load input data for the hydraulic system characteristic analysis of the multi-cylinder core pulling structure process.3)the core-pulling system integrated in the injection molding machine was designed.the double variable displacement pump(AKP and rkp)model of the injection molding machine was established by using the large hydraulic system simulation software amesim 10.0,and the accuracy of the model was verified from the differential pressure stability of the ls valve,the double pump flow response characteristics and the pressure flow relationship curve of the double pumps.Secondly,the injection molding,packing pressure and Safe Harbour load model are established.The model,gate ejection,mold core slip and packing load model were established in the process of multi-cylinder core pulling structure,the flow pressure curve of double pump outlet flow in the process of multi-cylinder core pulling structure was obtained,and the movement and force variation curves of each load were obtained.the response characteristics and energy consumption characteristics of the hydraulic system were studied by simulation calculation.4)combined with the whole multi-cylinder core structure device(mould and injection molding machine)for injection molding and multi-cylinder core pulling structure experiment,successfully realized the injection molding product multi-cylinder core-pulling structure,and based on the injection molding machine internal pressure sensor and its control system,collected the injection system and multi-cylinder core structure system load resistance change value;The curve of the pressure of the double pump outlet with time is collected,and the response characteristics of the hydraulic system are verified by experiments.
