Legal Mechanisms For Regional Environmental Governance

With economic development,regional environmental governance has become a problem to be faced by all countries.After the reform and opening up,China’s economy has a great development,but followed by a series of environmental problems.Among them,the five northwestern provinces of environmental pollution is particularly severe,corresponding to regional environmental governance issues for the Northwest region has become a top priority of our current environmental governance.In this paper,a harmonious environment,sustainable development, combined with the fundamental basics of regional environmental governance system and the internal and external market system combines research,and five northwestern provinces,for example,in-depth analysis of the northwest area of suitable environmental governance models and operating mechanism,and how to establish a sound system of regional environmental governance suggestions from the system.In this paper,the basics of regional environmental governance is the foundation launched,the content probably divided into three parts.The first part is the theoretical basis of regional environmental governance system will be explained.The second part is to introduce the regional environmental problems and the legal system in China. The third part is mainly down to the five northwestern provinces of China’s serious environmental problems will be explored,first introduced the analysis of the situation and the reality of the Northwest Environmental governance difficulties,followed by the introduction of existing national legal system of governance for the five northwestern provinces of environmental issues,and finally combined with the knowledge,explore these based on the theoretical basis of the full system from abroad,building area of relatively complete legal system of environmental governance.
