The decomposing furnace is the core equipment of predecomposing system in the new dry process for cement production.The function of the decomposing furnace is burning fuel, transfering heat between gas and solid and decomposing carbonate. The stability control of the decomposing furnace is important for the stable running of the sinter process and the stability of the final production quality. The decomposing furnace temperature is a key processing parameter, which has an effect on the decomposing rate of raw material. However, The decomposing furnace temperature process still has some characteristics, such as complex mechanism process, various production conditions, strong nonlinearity, lag, strong coupling, nondeterminism and so on. It is difficult to establish exact the process mechanism model and the data-driven model. Control and optimization methods based on model are very difficult to be applied in the decomposing furnace temperature process. and these will lead to a series of troubles, such as instability of the decomposing rate of raw material, a lower rate of the equipment running, a higher consumption of energy and a larger workload of the operator.Therefore, it is significant to research modeling approach and simulation technology of decomposing furnace temperature process, which promote to study optimization control methods of decomposing furnace temperature process and achieve optimization control in order to improve product quality and production efficiency.This dissertation is supported by the National Hi-tech863/CIMS. In order to research optimization technology of decomposing process, a dynamic model based on data-driven approach is established and simulation object software is designed and developed. The main work of this paper is as follows:(1) The dynamic model of the decomposing furnace temperature process is established. The input variables consist of single pipe rotational speed in the kiln tail and the raw material flow. The output variable is the decomposing furnace temperature. The data reprocessing approach is proposed in this paper, including data filter and data normalization, and in view of the high frequency noise of the raw material flow, the butterworth filter is used to realize the low-pass filter. In order to select the structural parameters arid the hyper-parameters of the model, the optimal algorithm based on grid search method and cross validation is used. After determining the above parameters, The decomposing furnace temperature process models, which is based on ε-SVR algorithm and LP-SVR algorithm, both are established using train samples, and the corresponding test of both two models are done. In addition, the sparsity problem of two models is also studied,The result of this study indicate that LP-SVR algorithm is superior to ε-SVR algorithm when the performance of two models is identical.(2) Based on the above models, the simulation software for decomposing furnace temperature process is designed and developed. And the main functions of the simulation software include real-time simulation and off-line modeling. The simulation software is developed based on Rsview32and MATLAB. The software mainly consists of the human-machine interface, which includes initial parameter setting interface,process flow interface, trend interface, interface of model based on ε-SVR and interface of model based on LP-SVR and so on, the background algorithm program and the communication interface. The software has many functions, such as dynamic simulation of the decomposing furnace temperature process, the control of simulation process, the initial parameter setting and the off-line modeling.(3) The simulation experiment is done using the simulation object software for the decomposing furnace temperature process. The open loop dynamic characteristic of the decomposing furnace temperature process is observed. the modeling experiments based on ε-SVR has been finished using the software. According to the decomposing furnace mechanism, the correctness of the model and effectiveness of software are verfied by these experiments. The simulation object software is the cornerstone for model, control and optimization of the decomposing furnace temperature process, and also it provides a necessary platform for analyzing and designing control system.
