NSP cement production technology is the latest technology of modern cement production,it takes the cement primary decomposition technology as the core.Primary decomposition technology includes the technology of aerosol preheating and the kiln outside decompose.Cement decomposing furnace is core equipment in the primary decomposition system,through the decomposing furnace,the raw material of carbonate into the rotary kiln decomposing rate can increase to about 90%-95%,so as to reduce the heat load of kiln the improved kiln operation cycle,but also improve the yield and quality of cement.However,the most important variable which reflects the decomposing rate of raw materials into the rotary kiln is the outlet temperature of decomposing furnace,it is very important to control the outlet temperature of the cement decomposing furnace for the heat distribution of the primary decomposition system and the stability of the thermal system.The cement decomposing furnace is a typical nonlinear,strong coupling complex control object,and its precise mathematical model is difficult to establish,however,the fuzzy control method does not need to establish the accurate mathematical model of the controlled object.Therefore,this paper analyzed and summarized the domestic and foreign research status of the control technology about the cement decomposing furnace outlet temperature,according to the characteristics of the decomposing furnace outlet temperature control of the research background,proposed a multivariable fuzzy control scheme based on the prediction model of outlet temperature of decomposing furnace based on IPSO-SVR.In this paper,on the basis of in-depth analysis of its production engineering and mechanism,firstly,determined the main factors that affect the outlet temperature of decomposing furnace for coal feeding,raw material feeding,the temperature of tertiary air and the pressure of tertiary air,and according to the actual operation data,established the prediction model of decomposing furnace outlet temperature based on IPSO-SVR,namely the mathematical model between the outlet temperature of decomposing furnace and its influencing factors,the simulation result showed that its excellent prediction accuracy;Secondly,in order to overcome specific interference factors on the control system,designed the multivariable fuzzy controller with feedforward – feedback,and introduced the idea of self-adjusting the proportionality factor and the quantification factor avoiding the problem of control blind area caused by the changeable and large lag characteristics of the system or imperfect control rules,the simulation result showed its better control effect,and can well meet the control requirements.At the same time,in order to apply the control algorithm to the engineering practice better,finally this paper took VC++6.0 as the development platform,developed the software program of VC client fuzzy control algorithm based on OPC technology,and realized the data communication between it and cement DCS.The research of this paper has a strong engineering background,the developed software has friendly man-machine interaction,and has certain practicability and popularization value.
