The paper aims at some basic problems of Jilake low temperature condensate gasgathering station during the production progress including the yield of key componentsis low and the energy consumption is high. Meanwhile, basing on the analysis of lighthydrocarbon recovery technology at home and abroad, simulation software and presentsituation and development of optimization technology, this paper establishes someimportant units of low temperature gas gathering station such as three phase separator,compressors, pumps and column, molecular sieve dehydration device and otherimportant HYSYS models. At the same time, this paper establishes the whole processof HYSYS software simulation for this gas gathering station, giving the mainsimulation process and simulation results, then making comparisons with site condition.By analyzing the impact tendency and the influence degree of the optimization targetform glycol circulation quantity, bottoms temperature, liquefied gas tower bottomtemperature, reflux ratio, expander outlet pressure and other key parameters,simultaneously, this paper calculates molecular sieve dehydration module load and getsthe data of the variables influencing on liquefied gas, condensate and natural gas,providing the basis for optimizing the variable selection and optimizing the adjustmentand optimization of the variables. This paper also establishes the mathematical modelof propane recovery was the highest under the condition of unit energy consumptionand the mathematical model of propane recovery was the highest, respectively usingthe HYSYS optimization module and nodes to get different optimization schemes, thenobtaining the main operating parameters of the optimization variable after finalselection. Under the optimum conditions of the target optimization, propane and thekey components are greatly improved, and the energy consumption system is reduced,so we can achieve the goal of increasing the efficiency of propane and reducing thesystem energy consumption.
