With increasing growth of our country industrialization, the demand for non-renewable energy is climbing all the time. And the improvement of people’s living standard accompanied by a large number of fossil energy consumption. Meanwhile, emissions of greenhouse gases and fine particles(PM2.5) are also increasing. When emissions exceed the capacity of the atmospheric circulation and carrying, it is likely to lead to a large range of haze weather. Haze has not only resulted inconvenience of the people’s daily life and transportation, but also threaten the health of human’s respiratory system even cardiovascular system. Therefore, in order to improve the air quality and save coal resource and reduce the burden of ecological environment, the development and utilization of renewable energy is imminent and imperative. In this study, the groundwater resources were used as the cold and heat source of this system for coal mine work area and residential area for heating and cooling with the distributed control technology to realize the automatic adjustment of the central air conditioning system which combined with comfort, environmental protection and practicability. Not only to replace the traditional coal-fired heating equipment but further reducing the electricity consumption of refrigeration and heating process, to save energy and reduce the number of equipment and area effectively.Based on the structure characteristics and working principle of the underground water heat pump, this paper analyzed the influence of hydrology and geological conditions on the performance of water source heat pump system and described the principle of variable frequency control of central air conditioning system. Then introduced the distributed control system of central air conditioning from three aspect: hardware, the PID control algorithm and software. This paper introduced the design of hardware and software of the system in detail and emphatically introduced the incremental digital PID control algorithm with dead zone which used in lower machine. This water source heat pump system with distributed control technology has extremely important significance to energy saving and environmental protection and has very wide application prospect.
