With the increase in the degree of intensive production of the mine,it is necessary to ensure that the stability and reliability of the production equipment should be improved accordingly.This also requires real-time,accurate and rapid response to the monitoring of equipment conditions.The traditional coal mine water pump control system is mainly composed of manual management,there are a series of problems such as large human consumption,low efficiency of unit personnel,low level of equipment management and maintenance,low energy utilization rate and long-term waste.In order to effectively overcome these This paper takes the underground pump control system of coal industry as an example,and develops the characteristics of coal industry based on PLC and configuration monitoring software on the basis of modern computer network technology,field bus and database technology.Mine water pump automation control system.The system is based on the actual situation of the mine,in the original facilities on the basis of automation,so that equipment in the absence of interference in the case of automatic operation and self-diagnosis of a system.The system will be computer technology,automatic control technology into one,used in coal mine drainage and automatic remote monitoring of the ground.On the basis of ensuring the reliability and safety,the main equipment such as programmable controller,sensor,electric(electromagnetic)gate valve and industrial control computer is used to automatically detect the running state and running process of the pump equipment,To achieve the best working conditions,so as to effectively save energy,improve the operation and management of coal mines,reduce operating costs,extend equipment life,reduce staff labor intensity,improve the transmission and analysis of information to promote mine production automation level.Automatic control system with automatic and manual control function to PLC as the control core,including water level,pressure,vacuum,temperature,voltage,current and other analog signals to determine whether to achieve the conditions of automatic transport,control relay on and off Water pump and its related equipment in place to start,stop and other control.The system uses the industrial Ethernet to transmit the data to the ground monitoring center,and through the PLC from the power subsystem to read the pump voltage and current parameters,integrated into the pump host computer configuration monitoring system,so that the ground monitoring host can use the configuration software The pump is running for remote monitoring and control.
