| China bears a variety of mineral resources and we have rapid development inproducing, using and processing of mine. Minerals are widely distributed invarious regions of China, so it is required to perform mining production undervarious geological conditions and natural conditions. The security, stable andefficient production of mineral companies plays a pivotal role on the stability ofthe state. So the security of shaft tower structure with relative concentratedtechnical equipment is crucial in mineral production. In this paper, finite elementtime-history analysis for an existed coal mine shaft tower structure is carried outand BREB is added to the original structure so as to realize the purpose ofreducing the wind-induced response of the structure under the fluctuating wind.Comparison results of the dissipation structure and the original structure arepresented to provide reference data for structure reinforcement.In this paper, the principle of structure vibration control is introduced andthe characteristics of natural wind and calculation theory of downwind load onthe structure are summarized. The fluctuating wind is simulated by MATLABcombining with the wind engineering theory of high-rise building. Thestimulation results are verified by wind spectra to ensure that the programmingresults are consistent with the actual situation. The elastic wind-inducedvibration time-history analysis for the8-storey reinforced concrete coal mineshaft tower structure is carried out by using SAP2000software. Then the BREBis added to the original structure and the wind-induced response of thedissipation structure is re-simulated under the same fluctuating wind.According to the comparison of wind-induced response of the structurewith and without dissipation support under same wind load, the effects of theBREB on the vibration period, displacement, acceleration, base shear and otheraspects of the shaft tower structure are analyzed. The comparison results of theresponse can provide certain reference for some associated engineering design.It can be seen from the analysis results that BREB can improve the mechanicalproperties and reduce wind-induced response of the coal mine tower structuresignificantly. Therefore, energy dissipation technology has broad investigationprospect and application space on the security design and vibration absorptionresearch of the shaft tower structure. |
