| With the increase of offshore oil exploitation and traffic, water environment oil spill accidents occur frequently. Oil spill has caused great harm on safety, environment and health. Oil spill emergency disposal could not handle without the use of oil spill emergency materials. In order to help oil spill emergency organization select and apply oil spill emergency materials, it is vital to establish a relatively perfect system to evaluate the effectiveness capacities of emergency materials. It is also provided the environment orientation for the oil spill emergency materials research and development in the future. The chief contents and conclusions are as followed:(1) On the case of oil spill accidents emergency disposal, waste disposal and the research progress of oil spill emergency materials, it is imperative to put forward the definition of the effectiveness of oil spill emergency materials and establish a system, which is combined with economic, technical and environmental index to evaluate the oil materials before use, in the use and after use.(2) AHP method was chosen as the oil spill pollution weighting method and the multi-objective fuzzy optimization model and comprehensive index evaluation method are used to the capacities evaluation of oil absorption materials in this article. An effective evaluation model will be established and be verified used the evaluate the capacities evaluation of three typical oil-absorbing materials (polypropylene linoleum absorption (PP-2), straw and polyurethane linoleum absorption (PU-1)) absorbing20#lubricating oil in water environment as a case. The multi-objective fuzzy optimization model results showed the final score of PP-2, straw and PU-1were0.979,0.020and0.726, respectively. The comprehensive index evaluation results showed the final score of PP-2, straw and PU-1were62.1,48.1and59.4, respectively. The ranking results of two kinds of evaluation methods are consistent. We can find that polypropylene linoleum absorption (PP-2) is the best, the second is the polyurethane linoleum absorption (PU-1) and the worst is straw. The sensitivity analysis are also made for indicators of weights and scores with good stability.(3) This paper summarized the classification of oil spill emergency wastes and the different disposal technologies of recycling. At the same time, more attention ought to be paid to the emergency with oil waste disposal and management after the oil spill. |
