Research Of The Demulsification Of Crude Oil Emulsions

Demulsifier additives and oil field is studied in detail in this paper of various additiveson crude oil emulsion demulsification dehydration effect, and studied the evaluation methodof demulsifier. First of all, demulsifier aqueous solution surface tension curve method is usedto measure the four critical micelle concentration of demulsifier. Secondly, through the indoorexperiment study the addition ratio of demulsifier for crude oil emulsion demulsificationdehydration effect. Results show that the dehydration rate of crude oil emulsion and increasewith the increase of adding amount of demulsifier with, but there is an optimal concentrationof demulsification. Studied the alkali, acid and other oilfield auxiliary for crude oil emulsiondemulsification dehydration effect.Again, to carry out the ultrasonic and microwave demulsification mechanism researchand analysis, can draw from the microwave test, as the extension of microwave radiation time,crude oil emulsion and sorting out the volume of water is more and more big, the separationrate presents the trend of faster and faster, corresponding to shorten the time, show the effectof demulsification is getting better and better.
