| The integration of steelmaking continuous-casting hot-rolling production plan was the core content of MES (Manufacturing Execution System) in iron and steel enterprises. It involved two important modules of MES function model:the operational plan module and the production scheduling. Having been studying and exploring since appeared, the integration of production plan still has various problems to settle. How to integrated the processes efficiently and keep the material flow continuously in order to achieve production balance, equipment matching and the optimization of the whole production process eventually has become a hot research field at home and abroad.Based on the early study achievement of Automation Research and Design Institute of Metallurgical about production planning system in MES, combined with application effect of other production planning system, this paper summarized some deficiencies exist at present in domestic steel industry:the production factors were not fully considered, the business process was inadequate took into account, the theory and practice were not combined closely, and the problems of equipment connection and capacity existed in steel rolling interface.This paper analyzed the production process and the production organization process of typical iron and steel enterprises, fully considered the factors involved in production and business process, adopted object-oriented and hierarchical modeling methods, and then established a hierarchical object model for steel mills and rolling mills in special steel enterprises. The object model included four levels:enterprise level, mills level, process level and equipment level. Process level took almost all the conventional processes in iron and steel enterprise into account:smelting, refining, continuous casting, heating and rolling. Thus this model could use to study the integration of production plan for most of the iron and steel enterprises. As the basic of research, this factory model provided a relatively complete platform for study.The paper studied two key links (steel rolling integration plan and blank design) in the integration of steel rolling production plan respectively. The steel rolling integration plan took the continuous casting in cast and rolling period into account, targeted at the maximization of the hot delivery. Associated contract pool, steelmaking continuous casting and rolling plan model to make an integration of steel rolling production plan. Blank design studied various blank design processes in iron and steel enterprises. It proposed a general blank design process and algorithm based on the parameterized definition of different blank design constraints. The researches all tried to balance the processes of smelting, continuous casting, heating and rolling and match the ability of equipment. Theory analysis and practice were associated during the researches, making the model able to applied in actual production.In view of the results get from the research above, based on the factory model, the experience accumulated in developing MES projects, and the analysis of other planning systems, this paper redesign an integrated MES production planning system, and improved the function of steel rolling integration of production planning system. The application results in a special steel factory were introduced in detail. The successful running of this system ensured the continuity and efficiency of production logistics and raised the management level of steelmaking production. |
