In recent years,with the increasing pace of industrialization forward in such a vigorousperiod of development has also brought some of the inevitable trouble.Such as the emissionsfrom industrial waste presents an annual growth trend and water pollution tends to bediversified.Containing high concentration organic waste-water pollution is also increasing.Thecoal gas waste water is a kind of typical waste water which is multipoison,high pollution anddifficult biochemical degradation of coal chemical industry.The ideas of soving the coal gsawaste water has become urgent problems in the field of water pollution.This paper choose the iron carbon micro electrolytic method to deal with coal gasificationwastewater.In order to solve some fatal defects in the process of micro electrolysis method inthe experiment.This paper cites a new reactor which is cavitation flow reactor to impact asiron carbon micro electrolysis reactor.It can be doing the research of cavitation impingingstream micro electrolysis coal gasification wastewater treatment by the reactor.Researchmainly divided into two parts, one part for the research of reaction mechanism, the other partis experimental research.First of all, we analyzed and summarized the present situation and the treatment of highconcentration organic wastewater treatment,choosing one of the high COD, refractory coalgasification wastewater for experimental study of this subject. Then we have the iron-carbonmicro-electrolysis, cavitation, stream, flow cavitation impact on the mechanism of treatedwastewater in-depth study. By discussing the nature of the coal gasification wastewater andtreatment methods, characteristics and mechanism of the iron carbon micro electrolysistreatment wastewater, cavitation impinging stream reaction equipment structure and theprinciple to design the experimental scheme which is treating wastewater by cavitationimpinging stream micro electrolysis experiment.Then we carried out the experimental study on cavitation flow treating on coal gaswastewatermicro with electrolysis method. Through the study of different reaction time, Fe/C,pH value of coal gas wastewater has been treated, chroma and COD removal rate of ammonianitrogen, and ultimately determine the optimum reaction conditions of cavitation, impact flowmicro electrolysis reaction under the optimum reaction conditions, the influence of pump pressure on the reaction results, when the optimal results with the traditional micro electrolysisoptimal results comparison of absolute advantage which can verify the cavitation impingementflow micro electrolysis method in the treatment of coal gas wastewater through the contrastexperiment. Analysising of the experimental results found:Under the same conditions ofcavitation impingement flow micro electrolysis than traditional micro electrolysis method inCOD removal rate increased from88%to89%, the chroma removal rate increased from75%to79%, ammonia nitrogen removal rate increased from50.2%to51.8%. At the same time, thechemical reaction rate also increased by14.11%.This topic through the study on experiment and research finally verified the mechanismof cavitation flow impact theory to study the feasibility of micro electrolysis reaction. It alsoproved that impinging stream coupled cavitation reactor used in the micro-electrolysis reactioncan be more efficient and more through in treatment of coal gas wastewater.
