Explore development of the world tire industry,there was a gap between the current development of domestic and foreign tire that can not be ignored. Michelin, Goodyear and other tire company introduced safety tires, run-flat tires, green tires, intelligent high-performance car tires, inversely, domestic tire products were commonly conventional car tire and scarcely aircraft tire products.Especially, the EU tire labeling law bringed new challenges to the domestic tire industry in recent years, so developing new high-performance radial tires was a pressing issue of domestic tire industry. Using finite element techniques to analyze the new structure of the tire and its product performance has become a hot topic of tire industry.Taking the optimization design of the framework material of the tire as main means, putting lightweight,low rolling resistance,high-performance automobile tires and abrasion resistance, high load of aircraft tire as the main target, and using ABAQUS software as the main tool to research the tire mechanics performances, the paper provided theoretical basis and technical guidance for new tires and industrialization.1.Based on aramid fibers properties, such as high strength, high stiffness, low density and its application in aviation tire, this study began to explore aramid fiber used the car tires. In order to verify the feasibility of the finite element software ABAQUS applied in tire mechanics performance analysis,first of all was to adopt the method of simulation and experiment to analyze the mechanical properties such as subsidence,longitudinal stiffness, radial stiffness, lateral stiffness, mechanical properties and grounding mark parameter of165/75R13185/65R14, the results showed that average error between simulation data and experimental data is about5%, and proved that ABAQUS software can ensure accurate reliability of finite element analysis results when analyzing the tire performance.2. Using the aramid fiber instead of steel wire belt ply and the nylon cap ply of165/75R13185/65R14, studying on its influence of mechanical properties such as equivalent stress, deformation, contact pressure and stiffness under static load condition and high-speed free rolling condition of200km/h.The paper summarized mechanical properties of the aramid fiber used in different specifications of radial car tire. Results showed that aramid fiber belt tire mechanical property parameters are the same or slightly better than existing tires, which can completely satisfy the requirements of the traditional tires and can develop a lightweight green tire accordingly. Stiffness,grounding properties,brake,wear resistance and other mechanical properties of aramid cap ply tires were significantly better than traditional tires, and along with the increase of tire specifications, mechanical performance advantages about obvious.3. Putting46/17R20aircraft tire as the research object, new aircraft tires were designed, including belt layer made of polyketone fiber of air tires and "double firm rings" aviation tire to solve tread irregular wear when the plane landing and the low service life problem. The superior mechanical properties of new aircraft tires under static load condition, the transient impact conditions, braking condition were contrasted using ABAQUS software.In addition, the paper designed three different outside circle structure of "double firm rings" aircraft tires,and studyed on the influence of aircraft tire mechanics performance of outside circle structure of "double firm rings". Results showed that durability, maneuverability, braking performance, low rolling resistance of polyketone fiber belt layer on aircraft tire were superior to the traditional tires.The grounding and griping performance, wear resistance, brake friction of "double firm rings" structure were significantly superior to the traditional tires.The paper got an optimized "double firm rings" aircraft tire structure and provided the theoretical basis for designing a new type of aircraft tire which had good properties such as abrasion resistance, impact resistance, stung resistance.
