| Development of flotation technology through hundreds of years, has been an important process in beneficiation process. Flotation machine is the core of the flotation process equipment, mixing mechanism is the core component of the flotation machine. Mixing mechanism of mechanical flotation machine consists of impeller, stator, rotor and other components, the jet of jet device shocks false bottom in mixing mechanism of jet flotation. Combines the advantages of jet flotation machine and mechanical flotation machine, and impulse turbine works, proposes a new concept of jet mixing flotation device, namely mixing impeller is by pressure jet impact.Through theoretical analysis, laboratory model test, the use of fluid dynamics, jet mechanics, impulse turbines and flotation machine complete the research.By fluid dynamics and jet mechanics analysis the relationship between structure parameters and process parameters and energy loss in the laboratory model of jet mixing flotation device. Build test system of the laboratory model, experimental research respectively in the air and the water. Analysis the relationship between feed pressure, feed flow rate, the angle between jet direction and the level of impeller, the pitch circle tangency radius of jet impact and rotate speed and torque of impeller in the device. Analysis the relationship between energy loss and feed pressure, feed flow rate, the angle, the pitch circle tangency radius,initial velocity and strike force of jet, rotate speed and torque of impeller in the device.This paper study on energy loss of jet mixing flotation device, the conclusion is as follows:analysis energy loss from nozzle and feed tube, jet range, impeller rotating in jet mixing flotation device. Through model test get a lot of results of structure parameters and process parameters in jet mixing flotation device, analysis of law relationship between the important parameters. Detailed analysis of law relationship between energy loss and the important parameters by theoretical analysis and experimental results. Draw a conclusion of energy loss of jet mixing flotation device. |
