The most widely used transportation tool in coal mining working face in auxiliary transport are winches, relay transportation equipment and rail cars in our country. The winches have the disadvantages of low transport capacity, excessive transportation links, devices and workers, laying lots in the middle of the yard and safe hidden troubles. The rail cars have strict demands of tunnel, including its length, slope, curve, rail and deformation. In some developed countries in the mine, monorail transportation has become a main mean of transportation. Hydraulic monorail crane has an advantage in driving and hoisting capacity, it is widely used in mines.Firstly, this paper has completed system design of the monorail crane transport system according to a certain mine’s actual need and related data, the system consists of I iron, drive device, brake device, loading device and lifting device, after computing the related data, this paper has completed I iron, hydraulic cylinder, hydraulic motor, pump station components selection. Secondly, weighing the pros and cons of various hydraulic drive, hydraulic motor friction wheel is made to this paper for driving device, comparative analysis of two kinds of changing lifting equipment hook is made to adjust two transverse distance, hydraulic cylinder is used to change the relative distance of two hanging hook in this paper. Finally, The structure design and3d model of hydraulic monorail crane transportation equipment has been completed with SolidWorks software, the stress and deformation of key structures are checked by finite element ANSYS software, according to the checking result, structure design are optimized, finally the overall design plan are determined and the assemble model are completed, and hydraulic system has been completed in this paper.The work in this paper provides a theoretical basis for the design of the monorail crane, and it provides the model for of the equipment for real production and further optimization along with the corresponding hydraulic system diagram. This paper plays a positive role to the design of domestic monorail crane.
