Safety becomes a very important issue considering the very complex working conditions underground In this study, The purpose of this paper is to improve the safety performance of monorail crane locomotives by studying the clamping system, braking system and lifting system which are closely related to the safety performance of monorail crane.According to the working condition of the diesel heavy monorail, this paper analyzes the hydraulic working principle of the clamping system, the braking system and the lifting system which are closely related to the safety performance. According to the design parameters of the monorail, the clamping cylinder is designed and calculated to determine the inner diameter, wall thickness and piston diameter of the clamping cylinder and verify that the compression force of the selected clamping cylinder can ensure that the drive wheel is tight on the rail. Introducing monorail brake system and external brake module working principle, accroding to the analysis of the external module of the cartridge valve spool force, emergency braking conditions is derived. the brake spring force is calculated,the parameters of the brake spring are determined, the brake cylinder is selected and selected, and the hydraulic pipe of the brake device is analyzed by Solidworks Routing, the relationship between lifting load and ramp angle is derived and realize the visualization of the relationship between lifting load and ramp angle by using MATLAB software, the types of the hydraulic pump, hydraulic cylinder and other main hydraulic components are selected after calculated. Using simulition and motion plug-in units of Solidworks respectively on the lifting beam finite element analysis. The simulation model of clamping hydraulic pressure, lifting hydraulic system and brake hydraulic system was established by using FluidSIM, MATLAB simscape and AMESim software respectively. The sub-model parameters of the main components were set according to the actual working condition of diesel monorail.The results show that the clamping, braking and lifting systems are able to complete the intended work and verify the correctness of the hydraulic system. After the prototype production is completed, the test is carried out on the orbit of the simulated coal mine condition, and the results meet the design and test requirements.At the same time, the analysis of clamping, braking and lifting system will help improve the future of heavy duty diesel engine monorail. |
