As we all know, safety issues is the focus on mine, so effective and timely voice communication system construction has become a top priority. Now wired communication systems still are used on most mines, it is difficulty that the staff rush to proof phone and call for help, which plants the security risks. In this paper, the ZigBee wireless technology and CAN bus technology are combined in the design. Wired communications can be used in inoue monitoring, and ZigBee network can be arranged in mining operations channel. Under the premise of the complex environment of coal mine production, to build secure and reliable communication system must have low power consumption, high reliability, fast recovery, etc. The communication system based on ZigBee technology can meet these requirements. Based on ZigBee and CC2530, CC2591study, the paper presents a voice communication system which can reach remote underground communications.Firstly, the current popular wireless communication technologies are introduced, then it compares the pros and cons with the ZigBee technology. Analysis the advantages and necessity of ZigBee applied this system. Study the ZigBee network configuration, network topology and protocol structure. Secondly, it introduces the voice capture applications and selects the voice chip AMBE-2000, and details the basic principles of AMBE-2000chip and the application. A design structure of a voice system as a whole, and based on studying the main chip CC2530and CC2591RF chip, I design the ZigBee node hardware. It is described the overall design and software design of coordinator node and terminal node. Compared with voice communication systems currently in use, the system is stable performance, high voice quality, strong anti-interference ability.It is a cost-effective underground wireless communication system, and has broad application prospects.
