| The correct installation of fasteners which guarantee to the preset fastening axial force has a very important role on host performance and structure safety. Even if the fastener has an excellent quality, the improper installation will lead to failure and cause the system paralysis even threaten safety. The core technology of fastening axial force is the relationship between torque and clamping force. Research on the application of the relationship between torque and clamping force in the actual installation of fasteners is as important as the significance of the high performance fastener development.This paper studies the relationship between torque and clamping force and its influencing factors in the actual installation. Based on the relationship of the friction theory and torque coefficient, combine the instance analysis and experiment comparison, further study of the torque coefficient, friction coefficient, etc. Combined with several common problems in the actual installation and found the environment temperature, surface treatment, reuse and thread damage have regularity of the influence in the quality of installation. Through the design test method, test the torque coefficient decreases with increasing temperature, the torque coefficient is obvious difference in the different surface treatment, long time interval reuse and thread damage will increase the torque coefficient and the standard deviation, put forward the corresponding solutions and the measures should be taken in the future installation. Finally a set of process quality control method is proposed for the correct guidance of fasteners production, circulation and the construction. Ensure the quality of assembly, prevent failure. |
