As mechanical processing equipment, double-face milling machine is widelyused in the processing of the double end face, such as engine cylinder block, oilpump cylinder, gear housing shell, it played an irreplaceable role in the productionand processing of auto parts, internal combustion engine fittings. Hydraulic controlsystem is convenient for adjustment, and the accuracy is good, it can reach therequirement of system stability by combining with PLC control. With thedevelopment of mechatronics technology and the application of PLC control system,it was transformed for hydraulic machinery of the processing equipment, so as toachieve a remote network control device is a general trend.This subject was started with the computer taking control of PLC and thenhydraulic system, it was taken a reseach on the hydraulic control system of thedouble milling machine with hydraulic technology, PLC control technology, systemsimulation technology and internet monitoring technology on the basis of reading,analyzing and summarizing a lot of documents, finally through the Internet toachieve the remote control and monitoring of double-face milling machine. Thistopic has been great significant for achieving process automation, improvingproduction efficiency and improving monitoring and management etc., the economicbenefit can be expected.In the section of hydraulic system design, according to the technicalrequirements and working conditions of double-sided milling machine, the paperwas completed the design of hydraulic system, choosed actuating elements withcalculation and performance calculation, finally the design scheme we get can becompleted all the request functionalities of what we need double-face milling machine to implement. The paper was established the simulation model ofdouble-face milling machine hydraulic system by combining AMESim andMATLAB, it was also analysed simulation the pressure control of the system, inorder to verify the feasibility of the design scheme.In the section of the electrical control system design, this paper was taked PLCas controller, determines the hardware design scheme of double-face millingmachine PLC control system.It was completed PLC type selection, I/O addressassignment, wiring etc.. In software design, according to technical flow scheme, thepaper was drawn up a ladder diagram, it is also compiled and debuged the programwith programming software FX2N-48MR. Finally the program has achieved thedesired control requirements after debugging.In the section of the development of network remote monitoring and controlsystem design, the remote control for double-face milling machine was achievedthrough the Internet. By using the configuration software WinCC, a user-friendlycontrol interface was developed for double-face milling system in order to monitor.By recording of device operating in real time, it was better to reflect conditions andstatus in operating equipment. These parameters were reliable basis for makingdecision for management and maintenance of production equipment. Afterinstallation and commissioning, it can be tested. The final plan has achieved thepractical results.
