The Research Of Environmental Risk Assessment Of Coal Chemical Industry

In recent years, coal chemical industry has been fully developed as an energy and chemical business. In accordance with the relevant industrial policies, considering coal, water resources, environment, economic development, transportation, regional situation general terms, regional energy conservation and risk assessment indicators, coal to oil, coal to gas, coal to olefin, coal to dimethyl ether, ethylene glycol, coal to ammonia synthesis, coke oven gas utilization and other modern coal chemical project were developed. The "coal-based thermal" integrated demonstration projects were constructed.The raw materials and products in the Coal chemical industry are flammable, explosive and corrosive. It is easy to bring varying degrees of impact and damage to the environment. During the "Twelve Five" period, environmental risk assessment is particularly important in the process of building the coal chemical project. The paper summarizes the environmental risk assessment procedures and develops the environmental risk evaluation system in the coal chemical industry. It describes the risk assessment process and formulates contingency measures for the project according to the coal chemical project profiles, risk identification, source term analysis, consequences of computing, risk assessment, risk control and emergency measures. It also proposes targeted improvement program and risk prevention measures, and provides scientific guidance methods of the risk management to the enterprise[1].The research can be used in the environmental risk assessment of the coal chemical projects as guiding rules.
