Application Of Risk Management In Safety Production System

Production safety accidents dropped down year by year in China in recent years, production safety conditions keep stable, but the situation is still grim, total accident is still a lot to people’s lives and property security. With the steady progress of safety production supervision, the work must be from the accident management primarily to give priority to the risk management, in accordance with the prevention and emergency, the principle of combining the normal management and innormal management, establishing a scientific, standardized, systematic and dynamic risk management mechanism to realize safety production supervision in the passive response to the prior initiative security strategic shift and effectively control all kinds of risk factors from the source, so as to effectively promote the safety production supervision in basic level.This paper researched the application of the idea of risk management in the safety production supervision area, developed a method to evaluate the static risk in the field of safety production.Analyzingthe risk factors in safety production law enforcement inspection items and the time factor to affect the severity of the possibility of risk and the consequences, establishing an index system of risk factors.Using the index system of risk factors, combined with the static risk assessment results, developed a suitable method of dynamic risk evaluation in the field of city safety production area to realize the dynamic risk assessment. At the same time, this assessment model was practical applied in the safety production supervision of Beijing Xidan Dayuecheng to validate and optimize the models.Based on this, this paperapplied the risk management concept and the dynamic risk assessment model in the safety production daily management information system.making full use of modernization, informatization and network technology to help improving the work efficiency of production safety supervision department.
