| This paper studies creation of a duck dysbacteriosis model and adjustment of the model bySaccharomyces boulardii(Sb). This paper studies different doses of Sb on the bloodparameters, immune function, intestinal morphology, intestinal mucosal enzymes, geneexpression of intestinal cells, and the VFA contents in the cecum content.Experimental results show that:(1)A duck dysbacteriosis model can be successfully established by drinking200mLAmpicillin (concentration of300mg/L) in the continuous10d.Sb played an important role inadjustment dysbacteriosis, treatments with medium or high dose of Sb were much efficientthan low-dose of Sb given the number of E.coli.(2)Treatments with medium dose of Sb reduced serum TCh (P<0.01);high doses of SBreduced duck serum TCh,TG of the content (P<0.01).Saccharomyces boulardii had nosignificant effect on other blood parameters.(3)Treatments with high dose of Sb group can improve duck duodenal and jejunal mucosalmorphology, and high dose of Sb group improved the duodenum V/C (P<0.01),jejunum villusheight (P<0.01),jejunum crypt depth (P<0.05),the thickness of the mucosa of the jejunum(P<0.01);while medium dose of Sb increased ileum V/C (P<0.05).(4)Treatments with low-dose of Sb improved significantly amylase activation in theduck’s duodenal mucosa (P<0.01);Medium dose of Sb treatment increased the maltoseenzyme activation of meat duck (P<0.05),lipase activity (P<0.01);while high dose of Sbgroup improved maltose enzyme activity (P<0.05) in the duck intestinal mucosa.(5)Further experiments revealed that probiotic effects were due to the trend to enhanceprotein content of the intestinal mucosa with the high dose of Sb;Compared with the controlgroup, high dose of Sb treatment increased the intestinal mucosa DNA content(P<0.01).Compared with the control group, medium and high dose of Sb treatment decreasedcontent of the acetic acid (P<0.01),propionic acid (P<0.01),butyric acid (P<0.05) levels. These results showed that:Saccharomyces boulardii have a good repairing effect on theduck dysbacteriosis and intestinal jury which caused high dose of ampicillin,Medium andhigh dose of Saccharomyces boulardii has a better repairing effect on the duck dysbacteriosisand intestinal jury.... |
