Double Center Hole Numeircal Control Machine Design

This thesis discussed the design of mechanical and electrical part which ismainly used to numerical control machine-tool transformation. This design is basedon the need of “slender” parts which is Nanchang qian he company production. Thispaper, analyze the phenomenon which is very easy to bending deformation in theprocess of cutting force and can not ensure the precision and processing efficiency atthe same time. Because of production needs, the enterprise proposed to transformfrom the existing C6140ordinary lathe to numerical control, it ensures the machiningaccuracy of machine tool0.01mm and can realize high speed cutting. After thegroup discussion, this design through the original machine tool CNC machinemanufacturing design, make its processing precision, positioning accuracy, operationconvenience have improved greatly.
