CNC machine for keyhole is a common part processing machinery and equipment in the field of woodworking and aluminum alloy industry,which has the advantages of precision processing and one-time forming and can realize the functions of CNC programming and CNC processing.At present,the high-end technology of CNC machine for keyhole is mastered and monopolized by foreign enterprises,the domestic high-end CNC machine for keyhole can only be imported from abroad.The domestic CNC machine for keyhole function is relatively simple,processing accuracy is not high and stability is not enough,the human-machine interaction system can only achieve a relatively simple function,and can only be used for the production and processing of simpler parts.In addition,a large number of domestic CNC machine for keyhole can only achieve three-axis processing,parts after the completion of single-sided processing,processing on the other side,the workpiece need to be removed,artificially turn the processing surface,and then fixed on the processing table for subsequent processing work,low productivity,and control effect is not good,affecting the precision and efficiency of parts processing.In response to the problems in the production and processing of CNC machine for keyholes,this study designs an embedded-based control system to automate the production of CNC machine for keyholes.The main research contents are as follows.(1)In-depth study of the mechanical structure and processing process of the CNC machine for keyhole,analysis of the working principle of each module of the equipment,technical points in the production and processing process,and the demand for linkage control of each module of the equipment,design of a control scheme in line with the equipment,based on which the overall scheme of the control system of the CNC machine for keyhole is proposed.(2)Adopt the modular way to divide the whole control system into several modules,and each module is connected through a serial communication bus to realize data communication.The corresponding hardware modules and software programs are designed according to the functions of different modules.The human-computer interaction module is designed by using the decoding method of regular expression;the servo motor drive module is designed based on the acceleration/deceleration algorithm for the seven-segment s-curve control algorithm;the MCU main control module,interface circuit module,and power management module of the whole system are designed.The software program is designed to realize the functional requirements of each hardware module and the module linkage communication requirements.(3)After the overall control system design is completed,the system test platform is set up to conduct hardware tests,software tests,and overall linkage debugging of equipment operation.Including the human-computer interaction interface test,MCU master control module test,and communication module test,collection of production process data for analysis and verification after completion of testing.After testing and verification,the CNC machine for keyhole control system to achieve all the control requirements,the overall system has a high degree of stability and flexibility,can realize the CNC machine for keyhole automated production.After data comparison and analysis,the control system has higher production efficiency and better parts processing quality,which is suitable for most practical application scenarios and has high economic value.
