Considering the principle of economicaland practical, used ultrasonic sensors designed TCT40-16R/T for liquid level measurement, measured by MCU computing and signal processing. compared with the set threshold, when the time is greater thanthe set threshold, the system began to alarm buzzer alarms, displayed using LED,At the same time the part of control operative would add liquid to the tank. This design improves the accuracy and automationon the level measurement of beverage filling machine.
