Currently,the sucker rod pumping occupy a dominant position,about80%oil wells haveused to this rod oil production technology in China, Oil filed are usually locatedgeographically remote places, harsh environment,working conditions complex, pumping unitis easy to damage,severely affected the pump efficiency and economic benefits.When thepumping unit is running, displacement of the hanging point of beam pumping units,andhanging point premises bear the load with the oil well depth, reservoir conditions different inchanging.Therefore,in order to be able to truly reflect the various working conditions andperformance indicators of the pumping unit,you must load simulation experiments of the beampumping units,(1) In order to adapting to the development demand of nowadays petroleum industryproduction, carefully study the pumping unit of the electro-hydraulic servo loading system invarious conditions of operation and load regulation,Then through the careful analysis ofrelationship between the indicator diagram of pumping unit force and displacement.(2)Through the mathematical model is derived to construct the electro-hydraulic servosystem can make the system running, and do a lot of research work for the system, such asthe structure of the system has been improved.For improvement and debugging of the systemprovide a theoretical.(3) carefully analysis of the system analog output pumping unit run time of nonlinearcurve(such as sine wave, square wave, triangle wave, etc), through MATLAB simulation,intuitive reflect the typical curve in the pumping unit each link different position,for the effectson the performance of the system.Discussion on how to improve loading accuracy and restrainsuperfluous force of pumping unit load system.(4) On the application in the petroleum industry, because the traditional fuzzyalgorithm simple, poor effect, low accuracy, and low convergence rate.After analysis bysimulation experiments, puts forward by CMAC with fuzzy adaptive PID controltheory,establishing such algorithms have been gathering traditional PID control algorithm andadaptive fuzzy control algorithm, and with all the advantages of the classical least squares curve fitting algorithm.It effectively improves the convergence rate of the system and learningaccuracy,inhibiting system surplus torque caused by location disturbance.
