With the rapid economic development of China’s domestic smoothly, the domestic market demand for coal, iron ore and other resources is growing, which makes large volume, high efficiency electric wheel carts gradually become the main open pit mine transport. Due to the use of carts environment is bad, there are a lot of random and discrete excitation at the wheel, in order to make the tub is still has better exercise ride and handling stability, when the existence of bumpy road, the key lies in the tub suspension system.In this paper, study the tub suspension system, the main solution is body stability issues when it traveling. The article made the following work:1. Introduction suspension system and analysis of domestic tub suspension system active suspension technology development status.2. Proposed the using of active suspension system on the tub, designed structural and hydraulic system on the suspension support and control mode.3. Proposed suspension performance, to match the main components parameters of the hydraulic system design and then select the model type. Establish a dynamic model of the suspension system which is a quarter of two degrees of freedom, the model including mechanical and hydraulic systems.4. Applied control system simulation software Matlab and AMESim to simulation analysis of the established hydraulic system, simulation analysis passive suspension and fuzzy PID control hydraulic suspension system. Simulation results show that: the electro-hydraulic active suspension system based on fuzzy PID control for the tub, it can effectively reduce the body acceleration, suspension dynamic deflection and tire dynamic load, so that the tub ride comfort and handling stability increase; In order to analyze the synchronization of four cylinders and a pump cylinder and an input/output pressure-flow conditions, use AMESim software simulation analysis established the hydraulic system on the vehicle, show that: the designed system is feasible.
