Blast furnace t is important equipment in producing iron and steel, hearth is located at the bottom of blast furnace, and it is the foundation of the whole blast furnace, blast furnace lining which contact with iron is built by refractory. The situation of iron erode lining in blast furnace production is a important quota of production security, diagnosing status of lining erosion has important technical significance by thermal measurement parameters.The method of calculating blast furnace hearth bottom lining erosion is belonged inverse boundary problem in heat transfer, health thermal measurement parameters and heat transfer equation is used to establish calculation process and method. The research in this field has abundant recently, forms calculating method in one-dimensional, two-dimensional and three-dimensional, but the condition of without temperature measurement points in blast furnace bottom no calculation method is established, and this situation of thermocouple failure often occur in service of blast furnace, so it has research significance in practice.Calculating erosion method and application is researched in this paper. Blast furnace bottom thermal measurement is divided into three way, there are two point temperature measurement, one point temperature measurement and water temperature measurements, establish the method of erosion calculating in one-dimensional heat transfer theory. In the condition of two point temperature measurement, deriving lining erosion calculation, according to equivalent treatment of hearth bottom water cooling, deriving lining erosion calculation which is use one point temperature measurement and cooling.The calculation bottom center of erosion under the conditions of without temperature measurement points has no method to solve currently. Focus on computing research and analysis in this paper. Heat transfer finite element analysis technology is used, calculating and research blast furnace bottom heat transfer characteristics of having bottom of the pot-shaped morphology with erosion, analyze surface form of heat flux ion distribution on bottom flat. Analyze heat transfer characteristics of vertical U-shaped pipe distribution, discuss its integral relationship of heat flow surface and heat flux ion surface. Establish calculation equations of heat flux ion distribution surface by measuring pipe heat flow, and calculate center heat flux ion. Establish lining erosion calculation by center heat flux ion and health bottom cooling. Test availability of blast furnace bottom erosion calculation by establishing lining erosion calculation under the conditions of without temperature measurement points.The major research innovation in this paper is establish new lining erosion calculation by the way of furnace bottom water cooling heat flow and cooling under the conditions of without temperature measurement points, so it Improves the technology of furnace bottom erosion calculation.
